Why?

Why is this on the front page of the Buffalo news? It isn't happening in Buffalo or in NYS,

And WHY this isn't on the front page is beyond me. I can't stand this guy and in my opinion the guy is running this place into the ground. That's what we need. For 1/2 the city to be high. I'm pretty positive that people are doing it behind closed doors, but who needs to know who the actual potheads are? He says he is trying to reduce crime and is now worried about it because a guy who couldn't get his drugs killed a nun. I'm sure his biggest reason for wanting to do it is to have one more thing to collect taxes on....
